As of October, 2013 the following prices will apply to repair work:
Service Charge, 1(one) appliance: $85.00
INCLUDES: trip out, diagnosis, provide estimate of repair, perform actual repair with up to 30 minutes labor if needed, return trip with parts if needed. If no repair is made then the full cost for
assessment only will range from $38.00 to $46.00 according to nature and difficulty of assessment. Assessment charge is charged instead of, not in addition to, regular service charge.
Acceptance of work on Sundays and major holidays is by discretion of the servicer and shall include a $20.00 surcharge per appliance.
Chill out, Orange County – we’ve got your cool covered! Noticed your Sub Zero fridge isn’t as frosty as it should be? No worries. We have partnered with Sub Zero refrigerators repair in Orange County who’re all about getting things done in a jiffy. Their commitment? Keeping your goodies cold and your worries frozen. And remember, in the world of refrigeration, our partners are, without a doubt, the coolest! 😉
Additional appliances: $10 discount on service charge/assessment fee per appliance in same location. Full service charge/assessment fee not always applied in every instance; FAIR PRICING strictly observed.
Hourly labor: $48.00/hour billed in 15 minute increments.
Parts prices available on request or provided in estimates.
Flat rates: Install dishwasher $105.00; Customer is responsible for disposal of old appliance.
Re-charge refrigerator $95.00.
Flat rates include all materials, labor and service charge.
Policies
Speedy reserves the right to decline service for any reason. Remedy for warranted work may include full/partial cash refund.
All repair work is guaranteed for a period of 90 days from date performed.
Replacement parts are generally guaranteed for 90 days except General Electric parts which carry a
one year guarantee.
At present we are working on DOMESTIC equipment only; e.g. Whirlpool, Kenmore, General Electric,
Frigidaire, Maytag. We are not now working on any equipment manufactured in or after the year 2012. Sorry, no import brands e.g. LG, Bosch, Samsung.
In general we do not provide warranty services for any manufacturers.
All microwave oven repair and repair on non-conventional problems(call for explanation) on electronic/self-cleaning ovens are referred locally. If you need ac repair in san diego call to our partners.
We do not in general service any commercial type equipment.
We do not as a rule accept third-party arrangements for repair work;i.e., home warranty companies, moving companies, rent-to-own businesses.
First-time customers not physically present at the location needing service (rental cabin, second home, etc.) will be required to submit credit card payment at time of service .
